Established in 2004 following the transfer of homes from Maidstone Borough Council, Golding Homes is the largest landlord in Maidstone. They have invested more than £283m to regenerate homes and neighbourhoods. They also set aside funding each year to support projects and events that make a real difference in the wider community.
