u19 seek a new Head Coach for 2027

The Kent Phoenix is seeking a new Head Coach for its under 19 squad in 2027. We are looking for a dedicated leader to build a new coaching team and drive the further development of our successful under 19 squad following the upcoming retirement of Coach Ray and Coach Lee at the end of this current season.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced coach with a BAFCA Qualification (Level 2 preferred). They will need strong communication, organisation and team-building skills with demonstrable experience of working with children and young people.

We have a pipeline of talent with over 80 players of all ages in the club, and 28 u19 players eligible to return in 2027. We have a solid support structure with a dedicated board and volunteer support staff, excellent range of equipment, and financial stability.
